Coming back to Austria to watch Motor GP and unfortunately, I had an extremely unpleasant experience there. The small menu had NO VEGETARIAN option at all after inquiring if there‘s a vegetarian option, he asked the chef and let us know that THE ONLY option was a salad with vegetable patties. Our food HAD A HAIR and meat (!) in it. It also had no seasoning whatsoever. The waiter mixed up an order at the table next to us. The manager came and instead of stating that they are sorry, she argued. I really do not recommend that place. EDIT: we were brave enough to talked to the server about the bad food etc. We also waited a bit to talk to the manager. Nobody, however, came. P.S. after reading how bad reviews are generally addressed here - maybe some people do not want direct confrontation? the restaurant could just aim to improve instead of discrediting those who voice their concern…

Just a beautiful venue. The views of the snow topped mountains are spectacular.Staff were excellent very helpful and willing to go that extra mile to make your stay memorable 🍀

Wenn man vom Zimmer 106 abends rausgeht dauert es 2 Zimmer lang bis der bewegungsmelder reagiert und Licht angeht. PS Frische Langsemmeln wären noch toll gewesen. Ansonsten nettes Personal.

Wir waren Haupthaus für eine Nacht untergebracht. Leider waren beide Zimmer sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt. Der Maler hatte wohl auch keine Lust, da die Wände nur in die Nähe der Einrichtung gemalt wurde. Der Rest wurde belassen. Nachdem ich mich erst einer Spinne auf dem Bett entledigt hatte ( kann ja beim Lüften vorkommen) musste ich bei genauem hinsehen feststellen, dass in der Ecke an der Decke wohl die „ mama-spinne saß“ dem Netz nach nicht nur ein paar Minuten. Also ging ich zum bad, welches erstens sehr nach Kanal gemüffelt hat und zweitens war hier der Zustand schlimm. Der wc Sitz war schmutzig, locker und schief montiert. Die Dusche hatte Flecken auf der Armatur und der brausekopf war sehr verkalkt und verdreckt. Am Waschbecken waren unter den Tassen ebenfalls gelbe Flecken. Diese habe ich mit einem Papiertaschentuch ohne Mühe wegwischen können. Und an den Fliesen klebten Haare. Ich war bereits vor einem Jahr fast in diesem Hotel im Nebengebäude in einer Suite und es war super. Umso enttäuschter dieses Mal. Ich werde wohl nicht wieder Gast dieses Hauses sein, da die Pflege und Reinlichkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt. Nichts desto trotz war das Essen super. Aber im Zimmer war von Erholung keine Rede.

Alles perfekt,ausser man reist am Dienstag an (Ruhetag) Das hatte ich leider überlesen. Man hat keine Möglichkeit gemütlich etwas zu trinken. Ein Getränkeautomat wäre vielleicht anzuraten. Aber ich werde auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Countryside hotel. Structure totally rebuilt in 2002. I stayed in the "Chalet", a separate fully refurbished building with excellent rooms (very large, comfy and noiseless). The only minus is the internet; wifi not working at all.
Great breakfast in the main building as well as the restaurant with typical dishes.
