They do not tell you when you reserve a pet room that it will not be in the regular hotel. You are exiled to an annex that has no carpet, shredded furniture, dust everywhere. For this "priviledge" they charge you an extra $20.00! Restaurant was good though.

My sister and I scheduled an overnight stop in Raton on the way to Grand Junction as we used to as kids. We didn’t expect much in the way of accommodations and were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff was great, the rooms were great, the saltwater pool was great, the location was great. I would stay again. One tip: Make your reservation with Best Western and get points instead of using ******* (unless you use it routinely).

A great place for couples and families alike, safe and clean is a quick description of this hotel. The associates responsible for operations are on task and commited to a pleasant stay. I can't speak for all Best Western Hotels but the free hot breakfast is the bomb!

Great place to spend the night
We have stayed here several times and I’ve always had a great experience. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I like that it has a restaurant on site.

I showed up at 4:30am as the hotel I had rented in Santa Fe was a huge disappointment, but new I could count on this place to give me a good nights rest with a friendly smile. I must say I was not at all disappointed as I rang the bell and Kris assisted me with finding a room quickly at a great price all the while being very professional and curtious. I had asked if there was any way to sleep in little as it was already 4:30 and explained my situation and without hesitation said "yes of course" how would noon work for you. I smiled and said thank you you and we went our seperate way. Folks in this hotel have always been great and the room are set to a very high standard, only wished that was true in all all cities in the country. Thank you for a great experience.
