would first like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Neeraj (Bhaggi driver), who was extremely polite, helpful, and generous with his time. He took us around the resort, showing us many spots without charging anything extra—truly appreciated!
Apart from Mr. Neeraj, every other staff member we encountered—Mr. Venkat, Mr. Prasad, Mr. Amin, and a few others whose names I unfortunately don’t recall—were equally polite, welcoming, and helpful. The service throughout our stay was very, very fast and efficient, which added to the overall comfort.
The check-in experience felt quite royal, and the room exceeded expectations. It was spacious with a large bedroom, a huge washroom, and the best part—our own private pool. The view from the room was beautiful, with natural surroundings and the calming sound of nature all around. It felt very peaceful and refreshing.
However, a few things could definitely be improved. The washroom didn’t have a lock, which impacted privacy, and many of the electrical switches were either not working properly or felt quite outdated.
Breakfast was overall awesome, though a few dishes were undercooked. For dinner, we went to Gobi, but honestly, the taste didn’t match the price. We ordered fried rice with chicken, but it had a strong seafood smell, which was disappointing as we don’t eat seafood. Unfortunately, the dinner didn’t feel worth the money we paid.
The resort offers a lot of activities like animal encounters and a falcon show, which are great. But due to the extreme summer heat, we couldn’t enjoy them fully.
In summary, while there were many positives—the service, staff, private pool, and natural ambiance—some aspects, especially the food and a few room facilities, didn’t quite match the value for money we expected.

Stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for a two-day birthday celebration. Villas are beautiful if classic / old-school with interiors on the dark side. Don’t go for the lowest category as those villas are very dense together and lack privacy. Private pools are spacious, and it’s amazing to see the oryx and gazelles come close to your pool. Lovely breakfast. Rainforest experience spa is fun and good value but beware as you may be kicked out of the lounging pool if there is a private booking after your slot. Public pool is not too great. Tried the Japanese restaurant, it was not bad quality but frankly overpriced. Would come again for the landscape and animal experience.

The hotel has a great view and a private pool. It was a very good experience. The staff was very polite and friendly. They were happy to answer our immigration questions even in the hot weather.

An unforgettable desert vacation!
I recently stayed at this hotel located in the middle of the desert and the overall experience was very satisfactory and worthy of praise!
Environment and Facilities
The hotel is located in the desert, the environment is very special, around you can see animals walking freely, for children really cool and novel. The whole place is kept very clean and tidy and feels very comfortable. Despite the heat, the hotel has air conditioning and a swimming pool, so you can cool down immediately when you return, so you don’t feel strenuous in the summer.
Dining experience
The breakfast in the hotel restaurant is delicious, with a wide and fresh selection. For dinner we went to Gobi restaurant, same high standard, delicious food, good atmosphere, worth a try!
Parent-child friendliness and service
Special thanks to the hotel staff, especially Megha, Baplo and Amr (though I can’t remember all the names), they were really very welcoming and accommodating. Not only the three of them, the whole team is very loving and often takes the initiative to come and play with the children, who love them very much.
I was feeling unwell one day and they immediately took the initiative to care and offer help, which felt very heartwarming. The Kids Club is even more a highlight, you can safely leave your children in the care of the staff, have so much fun, stay for several hours and are reluctant to leave!

Staying in Dubai, I want to find a hotel with good privacy. The only one in Las Seahorse is this one. This is my seventh time here. This is the only hotel in Las Seahorse with a private pool. I really like their service. SAP is also great. The only thing that I am a little dissatisfied with is that the newly opened restaurant GOBI has a small portion and a high price. The cost performance is average. Sheep🐐 are walking around the hotel. You can observe them at any time, but don't get close to them. If the sheep feel threatened, they will rush towards people to scare them. Camels can also be easily found on both sides of the road before entering the hotel.
