+ staff at the receptionand front desk manager Mr. Sameh are amazing, very friendly and helpful , good location
- small rooms, cleaning staff forgot changing towels had to remind them 3 times ( 3 days ) seems they need more training.

Wi-Fi is constantly disconnected!! At night it doesn't work at all. They smoke everywhere in the hotel, near the inside - you can smell this everywhere (but there is no smoke in our room)
In general, it's normal to fall asleep in the evening tired, since the floor and bed linen are clean - it's better not to touch the rest
Also confused by the "Tagilovites" OURS OR NOT OURS, near the entrance with alcohol and music, (maybe we were so lucky, or this is just the norm) there was also a drunk South African friend in the elevator.
I am writing this review, I haven't been to breakfast yet - we'll go now 😆
there is an underground parking, but it is extremely inconvenient if you have a suitcase, there is 1 flight to carry a suitcase (or go on the service elevator - it seems that you can't, but we didn't ask anyone - as if no one here gives a damn)
