The hotel is not bad, but the rooms are tired. The service is good, but they won't do anything extra. The food is good, there are opportunities to go to A la carte restaurants, it's difficult to make an appointment, but you can if you want. The advantages include a large selection of drinks and varied food. Good animation and evening program for the UAE. Very good coastline. The disadvantages include terrible management. We were with 3 children (one of them was a baby), we arrived early, they asked for 190 dollars for early check-in, we checked in because they gave us a room right away and we really arrived early, no questions there. BUT! When leaving, they refused to allow a late check-out, saying that all the rooms were occupied (there were 2 families with 5 children, we asked for at least one room), although we are regular customers of the Accor chain, knowing in advance that our flight was being postponed to 9!!! hours. At the same time, they provided 15 rooms to a tour operator, who had only 3!!! children in all these rooms... And!!! Note, gentlemen, Accord status holders, they were charged 20 dirhams for extending their rooms with meals (I am not mistaken, not 200, not 2000, but 20!!!) while we, people who permanently reside in this hotel chain, were offered dinner (not even a room) as a family with 3 children (one of them is a baby) for 1000 dirhams... After our refusal, we were asked to retire to a corner of the lobby, forbidden to take even water from the hotel, and assigned observers. After that (there were 2 more families with children besides us), we sat there until the flight. Greetings to the hotel management. You are bad people.

Beautiful hotel area, very good beach. Very average buffet restaurant (everything and breakfast and lunch and dinner). Good a la carte restaurants. Very poor choice of alcohol in bars, and very few bars.
