Ce fut très décevant. Le site est assez délabré avec aucune fenêtre et donc aucun moyen d’aérer puisqu’il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé, le tout sans aucun service de la part des hôtes. La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer et il n’y avait pas tout le nécessaire de base requis (ex papier toilette) pour la durée du séjour. Du personnel du site arrivait de bonne heure et dérangeait notre tranquillité matinale à 7h le matin sans jamais se préoccuper de respecter le sommeil des clients. Nous vous déconseillons fortement le site pour toutes ces raisons et bien d’autres encore…

Casolare accogliente e pulito ( con tanto ti volpe a farci compagnia serale..) ma castello magnifico immerso nella collina toscana . Nel visitarlo grazie ai sapienti racconti del nostro accompagnatore c e venuta voglia di tornarci assolutamente il piu presto possibile ! Eccellente eapporto qualita’ prezzo

Splendida location in mezzo alla campagna, un oasi di pace e tranquillità. Sebbene vi sia un tratto di strada sterrato per giungere al castello, la strada è ben tenuta e agevole. È vicino alla terme ed altri luoghi di interesse come Arezzo.Appartamento ampio con due bagni e tutte le comodità anche per una permanenza lunga. Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile.

Sono stata con i miei figli e i relativi compagni per 3 gg alloggiati in appartamento all’interno di un bellissimo casale con una vista spettacolare nella campagna. L’appartamento accogliente con 3 camere da letto e relativi bagni arredato in modo semplice ma tutto funzionale. Personale gentile alla reception in particolare il Sig Fabrizio che ci ha dato innumerevoli informazioni sul luogo e su quello che potevamo visitare. Direi che è un posto strategico per visitare i paesi delle Crete Senesi e Siena e dintorni. Per raggiungere il borgo di Modanella la strada è sterrata per circa 2 km ma percorribile senza problemi. Luogo Consigliatissimo

Magical place immersed in the Tuscan greenery, therefore outside the city, ideal for a suggestive and relaxing stay. We were lucky enough to offer a piece of pizza to a little fox, to admire two fawns and a hare. As soon as we arrived we had a small mistake due to the cleaning of the room but the kind and helpful managers immediately remedied it by assigning us another one in which we had no problems. When we checked out we bought several wines to give away, produced by their company and they gave us two more for us. What can I say, some small hitch can always happen, it's the people who change your experience. Thanks again for everything ❤️

Cet endroit est au dessus de mon espérance, on ne peut guère trouver plus représentatif de la Toscane, tout y est, le charme, la lumière sur les vieilles pierres, le paysage vallonné parsemé de cyprès, d’oliviers et de vigne, le logement n’a pas été modernisé c’est très bien, on ressent l’authenticité, on y est bien, nous y retournerons.
