Più che alle terme sembra di stare in spiaggia ad Ostia con calippo e birra. Una situazione indecente..la struttura deve necessariamente limitare il numero di persone che entrano. L'unica acqua calda é quella all'interno , fuori é fredda. Quella interna é invivibile un carnaio di gente, ammassati uno sopra l'altro. Igiene perciò inesistente. Veramente uno schifo

Siamo stati benissimo e anche il nostro bimbo di quasi 3 anni è stato accolto e trattato meravigliosamente. L’unica appunto è il caldo nelle camera durante la notte. La prossima volta dobbiamo portare il piagiama estivo. Consigliamo per struttura, cibo e pulizia.

Come quasi ogni anno in inverno siamo stati 3 giorni all’Hotel Terme San Giovanni Rapolano. Esperienza sempre piacevolissima; hotel e terme molto curate con arredamento di ottimo gusto, piscine termali piacevolissime e ora dotate anche di un grande idromassaggio nella piscina termale esterna dell’Hotel. Trattamenti al top a prezzi non esosi. Da apprezzare anche la recente installazione di un montascale per disabili. Ogni volta ci sono nuove piacevoli sorprese e miglioramenti alla già ottima struttura , come la sauna nel bosco e la nuova piscina esterna a sfioro, che ci ripromettiamo di usare in primavera; quanto alla ristorazione , colazione ottima, cena a volte con qualche piatto un pò troppo ricercato, meglio i piatti della tradizione toscana! In conclusione ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, torneremo ancora e spesso.

Ho soggiornato in hotel solo per un weekend. Ho trovato buona accoglienza e disponibilità da parte degli addetti alla reception e da parte del direttore. Altrettanto buona è risultata la pulizia della stanza e del bagno dove però ho dovuto adattarmi a respirare e a sopportare l'odore intenso dello zolfo proveniente dalle acque termali. Tra i tanti trattamenti disponibili su prenotazione, ho usufruito di un massaggio relax total body che è stato eseguito meravigliosamente da una bravissima massaggiatrice, Rita che ringrazio per l'esperienza!

Nonostante la struttura sia sicuramente nuova e piacente, temo di non poter fare a meno di indicare dei nei, che incidono sul benessere del cliente. In primis l’accoglienza della reception è approssimativa e manca di personale.1 In secondo luogo, l’acqua “termale” non è calda come dovrebbe. L’unica vasca interna che presenta una temperatura adeguata è troppo piccola per contenere il numero delle persone a cui si dà la possibilità di accedere. Infatti l’impressione generale è che la struttura sia più attenta alla quantità che alla qualità. Oltre alla sovrappopolazione delle varie piscine/vasche, la stessa area relax risulta confusionaria e poco rilassante come dovrebbe essere. Si consiglia infatti la presenza di una sorveglianza in grado di far rispettare il regolamento che la clientela maleducata non osserva. Salvo il servizio bistrot e , come già accennato, la struttura in sé. Tornerò? Magari in un giorno feriale- nella speranza di trovare delle risposte adeguate alle mie attente osservazioni.
