Siamo stati a cena al ristorante per festeggire un compleanno in compagnia di amici.Menù esaustivo e particolare allo stesso gempo.Gradita l’entree di benvenuto e ottimo abbinamento di vini alle portate . Servizio ottimo.Torneremo presto.

Domenica 10 Novembre nella piscina interna entravano quattro persone Rom e facevano il bagno vestite con abiti con cui erano arrivati da fuori (pantaloni, camicia, ecc..) Al momento che ho fatto presente la cosa, mi è stato risposto che non c'era un regolamento che lo vietasse. E così ci siamo ritrovati a dover uscire noi, perché la situazione non era per nulla igienica. Ci tengo a precisare che non era abbigliamento da piscina, ma abiti comuni.

Le Terme sono molto belle, l'hotel ha ampi spazi comuni e si sta bene,si potrebbe stare meglio se accendessero i riscaldamenti. Ho preso una camera singola, piccolissima,stavo con la valigia a terra per mancanza di spazio,ma la cosa peggiore è che malgrado fosse Novembre, quindi un mese in cui si possono accendere i riscaldamenti, c' era in camera talmente umido che avevo i vestiti bagnati. Non sono sicura che lo spazio della camera sia a norma,mi sono lamentata con la reception più volte per sentirmi rispondere dal direttore che se volevo una camera doppia uso singola avrei dovuto pagare la differenza. Io non credo che sia un bel modo di fare accoglienza, accendi i termosifoni piuttosto! Peccato perché la struttura è bella,sulla gestione non posso dire di essere rimasta soddisfatta,se vedi che un cliente ha disagio cerchi di risolvere il problema!

Questo Hotel è il senso del rispetto verso il cliente. Personale attento e gradevolmente gentile, tutto è al posto giusto, ovunque la pulizia è l'ordine regnano. Dal momento che lo abbiamo provato, è diventata una meta dove andare più volte ogni anno.

Pessimo servizio! Mentre eravamo alle terme, hanno rubato dagli armadietti difettosi il portafogli di mio padre e hanno sparpagliato i miei vestiti in giro per lo spogliatoio. Da evitare, se proprio dovete andarci portatevi tutto dietro. TERRIBILE.
