Personale non disponibile! Ho chiamato per chiedere se potevano accedere alla struttura e prenotare un massaggio….abbiamo specificato che eravamo lontani, non volevamo fare strada per nulla! Eravamo disposti a pagare anche subito i trattamenti. Ma nulla ci hanno detto che non era possibile! Cosa assurda, si prenota ovunque oramai…Asmana, Acquardens ecc.. Comunque siamo arrivati, i trattamenti non erano più disponibili! perciò che dire? Non ci torneremo MAI più .

sono oltre 6 anni che con piacere soggiorno per lavoro ed anche per diletto da Voi, ed ogni volta mi sorprendete per la vostra cura, il vostro impegno a offrire il meglio in tutto! anche quest'ultima volta ho trovato dei nuovi spazi di benessere, una rinnovata piscina termale ed un giardino a dir poco meraviglioso! siete veramente il Top del settore!!!! Alcuni ci avevano sconsigliato di fare 40 km per passare una giornata a queste terme e cenarci. Niente di più sbagliato perchè tutti ci siamo rilassati per la tranquillità dell'ambiente, le a ttrezzature, gli spazi, le piscine e il buon mangiare. A tutto ciò si aggiunge il paesaggo magnifico che circonda Rapolano Terme. Prezzi più che buoni e così il servizio anche se devi portare pazienza per l'intrusione di qualche scalmanato, quasi impossibile non trovarnde in luoghi con abbastanza gente.

E' un hotel molto confortevole (complimenti agli interior design che lo hanno arredato) ove tutto è organizzato per il massimo relax degli ospiti. Gradevole il giardino con le piscine termali e bellissima la nuova piscina a filo con acqua non termale con una vista eccezionale su una campagna toscana che potrebbe essere di un'altra epoca, visto che non si scorge nemmeno una strada, ma solo sentieri. Comoda la sala silenzio e le diverse aree benessere. Abbiamo apprezzato la colazione, dolce e salata, servita nel ristorante Bistrot, con tavoli anche all'aperto, dove è anche organizzato il pranzo, con l'offerta di piatti veloci in totale relax. La cena è invece servita nel ristorante L'olivo, dall 'eleganza discreta e differente dalla generalità delle sale dei ristoranti degli alberghi,in genere un po' anonime , e dove vengono proposti buoni piatti del territorio. Comode infine le stanze, un po' piccole quelle classiche, ma ben arredate e dotate di tutti i servizi. Il personale tutto è gentilissimo ed il soggiorno è veramente perfetto e merita senz'altro di essere ripetuto nei vari periodi dell'anno.
