The room is comfortable, they have several food for breakfast, it just when it’s too crowded we have to queue for long time. But overall service was great and we enjoy it

Hotel was clean; staff at desk was accommodating; beds are comfortable; room cleaning done during my stay (I stayed two days) was prompt and thorough. I stayed at another hotel - one of the (much more expensive) downtown hotels — for two days, then moved to Elevation (still near to historic downtown) for two days. The evenings in the historic downtown were good to give me a sense of historic Rapid City, but two days was sufficient. The location of Elevations is very convenient for visiting sights outside Rapid City

I recently stayed at the Elevation Inn & Suites, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Rapid City, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. Despite being priced like a premium Wyndham property, this hotel is extremely dated and poorly maintained. The drop-down ceiling and cheap, low-quality furniture immediately made the room feel more like a budget motel than a Wyndham-branded hotel. The bathroom was dirty, with rusted fixtures and a general lack of cleanliness that made it uncomfortable to use. The overall condition of the room felt neglected and far below the standards expected from the Wyndham name. On top of that, the service was subpar—staff were inattentive and unhelpful throughout our stay. There are far better options in Rapid City at the same price point, and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you're expecting a clean, modern, or comfortable stay. This hotel needs serious upgrades and better management to even begin to justify the rates they’re charging.

What a disappointment. The room was very outdated with low quality furniture, a cheap drop down ceiling, a tiny bathroom, and few amenities. The service was average at best. For over $200 I expect more than the equivalent of a Motel 6. It was reasonable clean, but the fixtures are so old that they are rusted.

Everything is excellent at this hotel. A great one! The entire hotel is very clean, pool area great, rooms spacious and clean, and, the breakfast is exceptional.

Clean hotel, smells good, comfortable beds, there was a good spread for breakfast. Can you check in process and nice staff. I would stay here again. Close enough to the area attractions that you would be coming for, but in a bigger city where you can still get food besides burgers and chicken tenders. We ate at Thai Thai here in town and it was very tasty.
