It is what I expect. Except that some power outlets of the room are broken, and the AC is not working.
Nonetheless it is acceptable. And for the AC I was informed before check in.

it didn't compare to pictures, looked like a weekly/monthly rental. Door was open when arrived, shower handle fell off. Very shady area. Cut stay short, slept in car with pistol available.

This hotel is a good value for what it is. The walls are a bit thin, & there was some confusion with my airport shuttle, but the staff was super-friendly & the location is close to the bars & restaurants of the downtown entertainment district. The rooms all have external doors & my room was very cute.

You have an employee who has a long list of theft and is facing embezzlement charges. Tara Busse is a thief and when she does it there you will be accountable. She is probably doing it with her roommate who also worls there. The shadiest people ever

Room 115 had black mold. Got moved to 215. No one ever came to pick up garbage, make beds, or replace towels. Was there six days. Even asked desk staff. WIFI was spotty at best.

Decent budget option.
A decent budget option. The mattress was too soft for my taste. Also there a train that goes by throughout the night that was quite noisy, although my wife slept through it.

Kind of a mess…..
Our room had a 1’x1’ hole in the carpet that was covered by a rug. The wall had a hole in the wall that was covered up by an unpainted piece of sheet rock. The AC worked, but was not really that cool. Not the best nights sleep ever.

I didn’t appreciate motorcycles purposely Erving engines and parting late with other guests.
