We booked the 2 king suite. Overall, the hotel needs work. The room, specifically the bathroom, needs updating. All the shower heads were leaking when in use and when off. The room lacked some basic necessities. The pool was small, but the kids loved the waterslide. On a cautionary note, there is no lifeguard or person manning the waterslide. You are at the mercy of how well-behaved the other kids are. Apparently anything goes on the slides. 5 people trains upside down on your back, multi-person trains. Thankfully, no one got hurt.

Great hotel! Central location to wall, badlands, mt. Rushmore, crazy horse, Custer and deadwood. Wish we had more time to do it all! We stayed three night. Clean hotel, the kids and grown ups loved the pool and hot tub. Definitely a place to come back again to stay. If you need anything (that’s not in your room) just check with the front desk!

We have a family of 6 so we stayed in one of their larger suites. It was a really nice room, but there were a number of items missing that we needed: ice bucket, lotion, laundry bag, and a full set of bedding for the pullout sofa bed. The pool and water slide were fun. The breakfast was tasty but very crowded, messy, and not well attended by staff. (There were spills all over, utensils missing, empty coffee carafes, etc.)

I debated how many stars I should give this place because there's some good things and bad things... It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. It is a three story building with only one elevator so it can be a long wait. The walls must be paper thin because you can hear your neighbors, people in the hall and people above you so it's tough to get a good night sleep. Also, don't wander too far away at night as the neighborhood is a little sketchy. It may look like a nice area but both me and some of the people who were with me had some concerns with sketchy people walking around as we walked to Walmart and some other nearby places during the few nights we stayed.

Personal an der Lobby nicht alle wirklich vom Fach. Das eine Bett im Zimmer zu nach an der Wand, man musste sich zum aufstehen drehen. Ein kräftiger gebauter Gast hätte hier Probleme. Frühstück ließ zum wünschen übrig. Auswahl ganz mies, nur normales Toast, eine einzige Sorte Marmelade, Waffeln zum selbst machen. Das typisch amerikanische warme Essen, Rührei und Würste bzw. An anderen Tagen Wurstbrei über Biskuit war mehr Masse aus Klasse. Personal brauchte lange um etwas aufzufüllen und um die Tische zu Säubern.
