No shower curtain in the room. Front desk found one, told us to hand it ourselves as he was the only person on duty. Breakfast area staff rude and did not like being asked questions. Front desk evening attendant was distracted and too busy chatting with someone else behind the counter to pay attention to us and our needs.

Hotel direkt am Highway. Da etwas zurückgesetzt, aber dennoch ruhig. Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer. Ausreichend Platz in Zimmer und Bad. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einzig das Frühstück leider wieder mit Einweggeschirr war ein kleines Minus.

Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda l'albergo, sottolineando che la colazione è quella tipica americana ossia volta alla clientela americana e poco incline a quella internazionale che magari preferisce il dolce piuttosto che il salato. Ma ci sta! il "bello" è stato quando ho dovuto pagare la camera. Nonostante avessi sottoposto al pagamento due delle mie carte di credito queste mi sono state "declined ". Ho chiesto ripetutamente di provare in altro modo perché fino a quel momento le carte di credito avevano "funzionato" ed erano state usate SOLO per il pagamento degli alberghi lungo il mio on the road USA. E' intervenuto il manager il quale ha provveduto in altra maniera e guarda caso le carte erano valide! Ovviamente le scuse, che a mio modesto modo di vedere erano dovute, non se ne è parlato neanche, anzi ho notato un certo fastidio ad aver sottoposto ad un ulteriore lavoro.

The hotel is easy to access and in a safe location. Our room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Whether you are visiting local sites like Mount Rushmore or just traveling through you won't be disappointed staying here.

Our visit in June for 11 days was exceptional at this hotel - from location, quiet environment, rotating hot/cold breakfast, daily room maintenance, friendly, accommodating, professional, efficient staff added the whipped cream and cherry on top of our visit. All facility accommodations were met in detail, from the bed, pillow comfort, to the large bathroom accommodations (large soft towels, lovely shower, large mirror and light that never steamed from shower, large storage space for personal items). Staff always greeted us with smiles and welcoming comments!

Basic hotel, but still a good option for a tourist visit. Easy access to parks in both sides of the city, but not much in immediate vicinity. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, staff very friendly. Breakfast is typical junk food in a US hotel. Would stay again.

This hotel was central to all the attractions to tour in the area. Clean, with morning breakfast and helpful staff. We would highly recommend this hotel as the best place to stay when visiting the area.
