The hotel is old and clean. However, when we checked in, we booked two rooms but they said they only booked one. The hotel did not take the initiative to verify and asked us to contact Ctrip in China. It was time-consuming and we checked in very late.

Old, tired convention center hotel.- former Embassy? BUT, very good Lobby bar with a great martini & good menu! Large pool, friendly, attentive staff. Rooms are big enough but bathroom very small. Lots of mildew and stained tile and upholstery...lumpy bedding. Very small elevators for a very large facility that was sold old for a concert nextdoor.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The lavender lemon drop martinis at the bar are always my go to when I stay here. The only negative was I couldn’t get the temp in my room below 75 degrees, that’s a bit to warm for me. I didn’t call the front desk simply because I was tired and didn’t want to deal with it.

WOW....GREAT hotel, VERY CLEAN and great location. The breakfast restaurant in the lobby, though slow service, the food was very good. The bar and dinner restaurant were exceptional with great, personable staff and good drinks and food. If you're going to Rapid City for Mt Rushmore and the Badlands, STAY HERE.

Spent two nights at this hotel as part of a bus trip. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds, soft linens and fluffy towels. Friendly staff interactions throughout. Delicious breakfast each day too

Very nice, Staff is excellent, Restaurant is excellent, Morning Buffet is wonderful. Centrally located, close to all sights and city central. Can handle large groups with no problems. Rooms are large, bathrooms are small but clean. Location is perfect. Enjoy

Very average experience in a dateded hotel. Hotel decor and furniture are very tired, and joinery functionality needed attention, however the shower pressure and bed were good. Staff were friendly. Location is quite good for local restaurants.
