30 km to the northeast from the center of Ranua, 105 km to the southeast from Rovaniemi, lake Simojärvi 25 m (Lautaselkä), shallow beach, soft bottom, pier, own rowing boat. Outboard motor (3.6 hp, 2-stroke) available for rent from the owner. The fuel is included in the rental fee.

Charging an electric car is possible for an additional fee (agree the fee directly with the owner). The cottage has a power outlet, charging is done with the renter's own charging device.
