Fuimos en pareja con una reserva para 3 noches hecha con anticipación de 50 días. Servicios muy básicos, difícil para aparcar. Habitaciones con complementos.muy básicos. Y con falta de limpieza. Pasillos muy ruidosos y un único ascensor para unas 12 habitaciones por siete pisos de hotel que nunca está disponible.

Accueil exceptionnel nous y sommes allés avec notre chat.. lieu qui Accueil les animaux plus souvent les chien donc nous arrivent avec le chat il était vraiment en mode PACHA . La chambre assez grande la vu est magnifique . La piscine est chauffée est trop bonne.. petit plus pour julieta une petite serveuse toujour souriante..

Cadre idéal pour les vacances avec un espace tout aussi reposant, on est au calme malgré les nombreuses activités. Piscine sur place. Hôtel très agréable, propre, personnel super, petits déjeuners au top ainsi que le repas du soir. Chambre bien conçues.

Hotel perfecto para pasar unos días de verano con la familia. El hotel es acogedor, obviamente tiene un aroma a hotel de invierno pero con la cantidad de variedad de servicios que tiene, piscina, club kids, buffet libre, terraza, actividades como excursión y comida... Lo hacen perfecto para gente sin enormes necesidades. A nosotros nos encantó, tal vez que no hagan comida es algo negativo, pero si estás fuera por el día no hay problema.

A ultima hora decidimos ir a pasar el fin de semana a Andorra animados por una buena oferta que habia en este hotel. Acierto total. Independientemente del precio, la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Hotel de 8 plantas de unas 6 habitaciones por planta. Familiar, con actividades de animacion. Habitacion correcta con buena TV y una limpieza mas que correcta. Servicio muy amable, tanto en recepcion como en el comedor, donde estaban muy atentos a tus necesidades. Destacar el buffet, que aunque con no mucha variedad si con mucha calidad y platos muy bien cocinados. Una buena sorpresa. Volveremos seguro. Muy recomendable

Très bel endroit. Personnel accueillant. Chambres très propres. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Si le personnel pouvait juste attendre que l’on ait tous terminé de manger avant de débarrasser, ce serait plus agréable.
