A little hidden gem. We stayed at the GK for 5 nights recently whilst travelling around Sri Lanka. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and hospitable throughout. The grounds, pool and rooms were kept clean, daily. A lovely breakfast was included with various payable options available for lunch and dinner. The view of the quiet beachfront was stunning. We felt calm and tranquil surrounded by the beautiful Forrest full of nature. Tuc Tucs and taxis were available on request to visit local shops and restaurants. We made use of the onsite yoga and spa daily. As a family with two young children who love to explore, we would definitely recommend Good Karma and hope to visit again.

Отдыхали в январе 2025 8 ночей . Отель превзошел наши ожидания. Понравилось все; и уютная территория, и расположение отеля на пляже, и комната с удобной кроватью, и чистый небольшой бассейн, и еда в ресторане, и йога по утрам с милейшей Венерой, и прекрасный массаж (в общем долго можно перечислять все). Все было прекрасно, уезжать не хотелось. Особая благодарность гостеприимным хозяевам Венере и Сергею.

This is the best place I have ever stayed. And I travel a lot. We stayed in villa 5 and it was exceptional. Very comfortable and clean. The food was amazing. The staff could not do enough for you. So helpful, friendly, arranging cars for us. I felt like royalty here. I cannot reccomend it enough. The location we right on the beach. I did not want to leave. Absolutely faultless stay. Would reccomend! 5 star ️️️️️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. This is the best place I have ever stayed. And I travel a lot. We stayed in villa 5 and it was exceptional. Very comfortable and clean. The food was amazing. Schöner Strand aber das Hotel ist sehr ungepflegt und in einem wirklich schlechten Zustand. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt, und dies auch geäußert. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns dann gedrängt, die Buchung im Portal zu stornieren und versprochen, dass wir unser Geld zurück erhalten. Kaum hatten wir storniert, wollte er von dem Versprechen nichts mehr wissen. Ein Vorgehen, dass so absolut inakzeptabel ist. Wir können das Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

Wir haben im Januar für 5 Nächte gebucht und uns auf die guten Bewertungen auf den Plattformen verlassen. Bei der Anreise mussten wir enttäuscht feststellen, dass unser Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand ist. Das sieht auf den Fotos sehr viel besser aus. Wir waren sehr enttäsucht - vor allem bei diesem Preis!

We asked to change the dates, and they cancelled the booking when we didnt show up. We were planning to show up the next day but they had already cancelled. So they took the money and moved on, leaving us to look for alternative options. Try to find some other option. From other reviews seems like people had similar experiences.

Wir freuten uns schon sehr auf die Übernachtung im Good Karma - top Beschreibungen! Aber leider wurden wir masslos enttäuscht - Good Karma stornierte unsere Buchung einfach so! Scheinbar, weil sie den Betrag nicht von unserer Kreditkarte abbuchen könnten - die jedoch auf der ganzen Reise tadellos funktionierte - auch bei allen anderen Unterkünften! Ich gab ihnen noch 3 andere Karten an - scheinbar waren auch diese nicht ok. So stornierten sie einfach unsere 2 Zimmer innert 24 Stunden! Und dies in der Hochsaison vor Weihnachten! Unsere Vermutung - das Hotel konnte unsere 2 Zimmer teurer vermieten. Wir fühlten uns sehr enttäuscht. Auch auf unser Telefon reagierten sie nicht - im Gegenteil, sie blockierten einfach unsere Nummer! So riefen wir von einem anderen Telefon an - auch hier reagierten sie sehr unfreundlich! Daher kann ich diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen!
