Cantilever Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Awesome location. Terrific newer building. Staff is wonderful. Hard floors (poured concrete), so volume of others is large. Busy place with bar and eats available. Hot tub outside on the roof a plus. Bed in our 2nd floor room, a king, was too soft. Again, get ear plugs. Best place to stay around. Enjoy.

We were celebrating our 14 yr Wedding Anniversary and traveling in the area and booked this hotel...The Customer Service there is top notch all the way from the time of booking to checking in they were very kind, They asked when booking if were any discounts could apply to the room without even having to ask them and my husband is a Veteran and so that was great. Is in a pretty area is within walking distance to the Lake. Parking is free. Rooms were very clean and nicely appointed and comfortable. We had a Clawfoot room which was Awesome. Is really nice after doing some sightseeing to be able to just relax with a Clawfoot. They also had options to make a drink in the room which is nice but we didn't take advantage of that as we had gone out to dinner earlier in the evening. We did have a few minor issues but would give them 5 stars because their staff was so kind and accommodating with that. We at first couldn't find the light switch to turn on the lights above the beds and it ended up it was behind the little lamp on the end table kinda hidden away. And then we had where a smoke alarm battery was going and it kept going off in the room and their staff member pretty quickly came and got a ladder and fixed that. There is a little bit of noise due to the proximity of it being near a railroad track but it really wasn't bad and they had some cool features where they offered both ear plugs in the rooms and also a sound machine which my husband loved. Beds and Pillows were very comfortable. Wifi was good. They didn't have a Coffeemaker in the room but they did have it available on site and their staff was super kind and brewed us a whole fresh pot when was craving a cup of coffee in the evening. Amenities are very nice. Overall it was a really nice hotel with customer service that in my opinion places it at 5 Stars. Only thing would possibly suggest is might be nice if had more hooks or places to hang things in the bathroom but overall was a beautiful place and we enjoyed our time there and would definently stay there if in the area again.

We came here for dinner & drinks with our family (we did not stay in the hotel). The space was clean and beautiful. The menu had a great selection and there were kid-friendly food options available. This was a pricy meal for our family of 5, but we were in this area for 3 days and The Cantilever was the best restaurant we visited in the International Falls/Rainier area.
