Hotels with Parking in Rangsit

The hotel is in good location ,away from crowded town area. There is a shuttle every half hour to the big mall. However, the front desk receptionist is lack of warmth. She never smile to customers and very lacking of empathy. I told her that my friend is very sick and we asked for late check out. She refused and say we have to wait in the morning to ask. We have 2 rooms and after much persuasion and pleasing , the front desk allow us to keep one room only till 2 pm. When we come back, the housekeeping was not cleaning the other rooms. Should have allow us to keep 2 rooms till 2 pm so that we don't disturb our sick friend. The front desk needs training. This is Accord hotel chain, we expect better services.

Check-in is normal, the receptionist provides good service, the water flows, the lights are bright, but the air conditioner is not cool. So I left it open and waited to see the symptoms. about two hours But it's still not cool. So I notified to change the room.

Hotel located at the busy street. Easy to get taxi. No suitable for light sleeper because can hear the car noise. Lot of food stalls near hotel. Room is big, with a big fridge. Very near to Future Park mall. Lot of foods there!

Well, the housekeeper is kind, the atmosphere is good, but the weather is a little hot, the air conditioner is not swinging.

Check in was efficient and room was extremely spacious. Aircon is efficient in cooling the room despite the room size, bed is on the harder side which is fine by me, water heater works fine. Water, thrash bag and toilet roll provided daily.

Overall clean and tidy. Good location. You can walk to the supermarket next door in a few minutes. Staff are polite and helpful However, the hot water heater was not working in my room. I asked the apartment customer service to ask questions. The customer service said that they would deal with it the next afternoon, but in the end it was not dealt with. I could only use frozen water to shower.

The price is quite expensive. No food service Hard to find food to eat Had to order from outside. Located in a room on the 6th floor that smelled of bird poop. Feathers were flying all over the front of the room.

+ Good mattress. + Kind and helpful receptionist. + Food service (from outside the hotel) to deliver meals to your room. + Close to a food market. - It is a long walk from the main road. - Aircon doesn't cool as much as desired. - The sink is on the balcony outside the room. - The room looks old and would benefit from a new coat of paint (and a new bathroom door). - The bathroom is very tiny (toilet + shower in one). Not sure if this is a negative or a positive because now you can sit on the toilet and wash your hair at the same time.
