We recently stayed at this apartment and had a very pleasant experience. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and a comfortable layout. Perfect location between Reykjavik and Vik, and about a ten minute drive off of highway 1. Clean and comfortable stay. The cottage was stocked with necessities, paper towels, dish soap & pods, laundry detergent, body/hair wash, salt/pepper/olive oil, etc. The town of Hella was not too far away. Washing machine was a nice touch. Beautiful view of the river and horse pasture. Our favorite part of this stay was the opportunity to visit the neighboring horse stables to pet the snouts of about a couple dozen friendly Icelandic horses. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were in one of the cottage and the stay was really pleasant. The apartment was clean and comfortable, complete with dishwasher, washing machine and other services. The surroundings are wonderful! We warmly suggest this accommodation

Great little guesthouse in the middle of nowhere with horses all around. Nice accommodation with 3 small bedrooms and one bathroom, very clean, well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a couple of days if you are visiting. About 45 min from Selfoss or 30min to the ferry to the Westland islands. If you are looking for a place to spend time inside, that may be too small.
