I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Centara Grand Resort in the Maldives. The entire staff was amazing and incredibly kind throughout my stay. In particular, I must commend Nabeel for his outstanding service. His attentiveness and helpfulness truly set him apart, and he seemed like he should be the manager with his level of dedication. Her warm and friendly demeanor made my check-in process seamless and enjoyable. The Centara Grand Resort is a true paradise, and the exceptional staff, including Nabeel and Chanapha, made my stay even more memorable. I can't wait to return and experience their top-notch hospitality once again.

Because I wanted to stay two more nights, I booked the hotel myself on Ctrip. First of all, I would like to highly praise Ctrip's service. No matter what questions I have, Ctrip will patiently communicate with the hotel and give answers. Let's take a look at the Radisson Hotel again. First of all, all the facilities are very new, especially the yachts that go out to sea are the latest and greatest I have ever done. Secondly, the sea view is invincible. Every time I come out of the room, I can’t help but wow. The casual photos are masterpieces. Even if it rains (it only rains on the first day, the weather is very good afterwards), the sea water is also blue and clear. Let’s talk about service again. No matter where you are, the staff on the island will greet you warmly. Every time the car comes to pick us up, the driver will ask you how your day is going. The same goes for the staff in the restaurant. At the entrance of the restaurant, he greeted him from a long distance away, and the butler responded quickly to the message. I read the comments before saying that they are very enthusiastic about foreigners. I think there is a high probability that the British are not good at English, and they can’t communicate with us^_^ In short, this is a very pleasant experience and it is worth the money. If you don't want to experience more hotels in Maldives, I really want to stay at the Radisson next time^_^

An extra bed is possible, but there is a charge, I booked directly for 3 people. There are 50 sand houses and 40 water houses built on both sides of the island. I booked the largest high-end water house on the island with a first-class environment. Breakfast is Western-style, with steak spaghetti and so on for dinner.

It was our second stay at Maafushivaru in October 2024, our first was in 2021 when it was still LTI. A few things have changed, but it was excellent nevertheless. Every member of the staff is total friendly and professional. The food was delicious and the island is still really beautiful and well maintained. Also the villas were still beautiful and were very well cleaned. My experience at the spa was excellent and booked the hot stone massage twice, because it was so good and really helped to ease my muscle tension - can totally recommend it to everyone who needs fast relaxation. The only thing that we missed was the entertainment at the bar: In 2021 there had been live music twice a week from a cover band called ,,songbird duo“ that was extremely great and even cool dj sessions (DJ Simon). The bar was always packed and the vibe was special back then, since both acts were so good :) But maybe it was because we went in low season this time, we did not ask the staff. We are not good at names, so I cannot name every member of the staff and as I mentioned before: all members were really good at their job, but my husband and me want to point out MOOSA (our host) and the NICE LADIES FROM BALI and the manager OF THE SPA - You were some of the kindest and most professional specialists that we ever met and we met a lot ;) Also all staff members at the restaurants and the bar were outstanding to us!!! The location was good because it was close to the domestic airport. The service is generally just that. I think it's natural to induce sales, but the basic service is not good. I stayed in two rooms, but the basic snack bar composition is different and cannot be refilled every day. I stayed for 4 nights in all-inclusive, but the drinks are limited. I asked for an umbrella, but I called four phone calls and waited for about an hour, and I was reluctant to approach the driver of the buggy (cart) passing by. The food was divided by villa and the restaurant was medium. The island itself and facilities are beautifully decorated, but the facilities themselves are aging. There were many places to take pictures. To put it in general, if you are as tempered as me, it will be shining. Recommended if you have peace and leisure.

Exclusive beach resort

The island is not big, it takes half an hour to fly from Male Airport, or a 25-minute speedboat in half an hour. The hotel service and management are very good and the staff are very friendly and friendly. Buffet breakfast and dinner are very good. Living in the water house, no TV, free wifi, room with stairs leading to the sea, no swimming pool. The water quality around the island is good and suitable for snorkeling. The island is small and very quiet.

I don't have enough good things to say about Perla and the beautiful people that run it. I'm not long back from a worldschooling hub that was organised and run here and it was AMAZING. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Delightfully cool to retreat from the heat. Fridge, kettle, fresh filtered water every day and cleaned every day too! The restaurant and food was great and the team couldn't do enough for us. Everywhere was serviced with attention and love and this family run business is a huge part of what made our trip so fantastic. All the ocean based activities and their knowledge of and care for the local aquatic wildlife with their expert guides (who were amazing with the kids too) was outstanding. I've travelled a LOT and this was up there as one of my absolute best experiences. Felt so well looked after on every level. Being within a local island among Maldivians and hopefully supporting local families was the best way to experience this stunning part of the world.
