This is the worst experience I've ever had booking a hotel on Ctrip. It's really a typical case of selling dog meat under false pretenses. Ctrip has taken advantage of all of them. I've complained for several days but it still hasn't been resolved. First of all, Ctrip is setting traps for customers everywhere. The breakfast and dinner included are full of bugs. There are many dishes for dinner that are charged and the food is very limited. Even the most basic water is charged, not to mention drinks. Many other hotels that include breakfast and dinner include alcoholic beverages. Other hotels that act as agents for this hotel have many free items, including champagne in the underwater restaurant, etc. The price is several times cheaper than Ctrip. It's really that Ctrip's middlemen have taken advantage of all of them. They didn't solve the problem when they sent messages to customer service. They were completely robot replies. They didn't arrange the seaplane to Male on the first night. Ctrip oversold the other hotels I booked on Ctrip. I waited for 2 hours at the hotel but couldn't arrange them. Finally, 4 people had to squeeze into one room for an extra bed. The hotel service is also super bad. I asked how much beer cost but didn't order it. The waiter cursed and complained to Ctrip but it didn't care. We haven't even checked out yet, but the hotel staff touched our things and Ctrip didn't do anything about it. I really don't understand why a hotel would touch other guests' things before they check out. A hotel that costs nearly 20,000 a night has worse service than a hotel that costs more than 1,000. It can't be worse.

Great! The whole family is very satisfied! When the tide goes out in the morning, you can walk to the coral reef hundreds of meters away. This experience is so unique. The service attitude is very good. The Italian restaurant is very delicious!
