The room was booked for 17th february to 19th 2 nights: family room (3 adults. As booking was done through mmt, verified with hotel for receipt of the booking. On 17th morning the hotel staff called for enquire about the time of arrival. The hotel staff confirmed about the booking, informed that our family can occupy the room any time after 11 am. Finally when reached at 4 pm, the room family room was not ready, the staff offered alternate room for 1 hour (saying that our room will ready in 1 hour. The alternate room was a old room not cleaned for few days, dirty, all the cables for tv connection (electrical & other wires) exposed. Tv not available. As we don't have choice & need to attend a function by 6 pm agreed to take the room. When my daughter want to take shower, she found that there is no hot water. The staff were running around clueless, after 10 minutes she completed her bath with cold water. Ac remote 1 or 2 for all the 20+ rooms, the staff switches on ac any temparature control or switching of, need to call the staff. Finally after all this unpleasant experience during check in, we finally got family room after 1. 30 hrs, which is just cleaned superficial, pillow covers not changed (dirty smell. Finally i understood that most of the reviews on this property (on mmt) fake & don't justify even single star. Horrible hotel
