Stuff harassed my daughter who is 11, and definitely not the name on the booking, and told her they were going to call the cops on her and have her removed from the property since she wasn't on the booking but their site States kids stay free. Just got out of the hospital 2 days prior to our stay due to a total loss fire disaster. Definitely didn't need any of that added stress.

They need better cleaning of rooms s and to make sure rooms set equipt with towels soap toilet paper and of course trash cans and smoking rooms definitely need ashtrays and their cleaning people need to use real cleaning supplies and sanitize their rooms appropriately

Instant bad smell of smoke and pet upon walk in. 2 towels (not bath towels). Stained sheets, both beds. Furniture appeared to be unwanted curbside pickups. TV pixelated. Rusted tub. Bathroom Exhaust doesn’t work. Definitely will not recommend

My stay started off good. after awhile the manager started being bi polar, having a issue with me coming in to do my key card, even though the room was paid. Some days she was cool next day attitude. She had a issue with the young ladies running my card on file and even lied that she fired the young lady over running my card on file. They put me out over my id had expired.Note my id was expired for over two months. So not sure what her issue was with me. I paid my room daily and the ladies or her daughters ran my card or I paid online. Went to their Studio 6 and im loving it....As long as my room is paid I can come in whenever to do my key card and it has a kitchen. If you want a place for the night to party this is the place. I had to be moved repeatedly due to roaches in the rooms and they had a issue with bed bugs. Your not supposed to cook in the rooms or property but management has their picks they allow to do the following even grill on property. Best to pay online they pick and choose on prices. I was in the office one day and the guy in the office charged a elderly couple the nightly rate twice and said they charge per person. Never heard of that and didnt see that on their site when I booked.. Other than that I would have given a higher rating.

Definitely do not book based on the pictures of the rooms if you do you will be extremely disappointed looks nothing like advertised we booked a king for two people only one towel provided 3 half pillows for the bed cuss words written on the smoke detector paint splatter all over the floor from the absolutely horrible paint job was confused on where we were staying because all pictures and advertising in the room said Days INN ..... SPEND THE EXTRA TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE ...

Someone tried to break into our room and when we called the office about it they insisted nobody was on our floor OR in our room. So bad recordkeeping at the very least.

No truck parking when they have plenty of room for maybe 5 big rigs and definitely room for about 5 26 ft box trucks.

Requested a queen bed. Got a full size . room was dirty. They had cleaned it but it was grungy. Will never stay at a motel 6 again
