The room facilities are old, the carpet is not clean, the environment is good, it should have been a first-class resort 2/3 decades ago, but now it is just like a big car hotel, the price is too expensive, the cost performance is not high,

Staff are good; but system is bad. Been charged twice on credit card versus Villa (but I was staying at Resort) and staff has no clue why though they gave it much effort to fine out (great CS, very bad IT systems). Also, electric power went out on second night until morning.
