I got the upgrade to 2 queen beds and don't feel I got my money's worth. The beds were too firm and could not get comfortable. One of the outlet plugs in the lamp between the beds did not work. The water knob on the tub had to be pounded or pushed really hard with both hands to turn off the water. And the tv volume could not be turned up, down, or muted, but everything else worked on the controller. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE ROOM FOR WHAT I SPENT.

it was a nice stay.. we love it, but maybe they can add more variety for breakfast.. and also the elevator is so old.. other than that.. it was nice :) all the staff were friendly .. and the bed is so comfy+ soft.. love it

The room was super clean. No bad smells. Bedding was fresh and clean. Everything worked. Breakfast was early. Location is good. Would stay here again.

Ghetto room. Needs a lot of repair. We've stayed here close to once a year for about the last 7 years and never really had a problem till now but they really need to take a look at the quality of the room they're giving someone for $140/night. Holes in the wall, paint on the phone cord and chair, a glue like substance that won't rub off all over the desk and furniture, rust in the bathtub, a remote without a power button, carpet pulled away from the wall, marks on the lampshade, no soap dish near the sink, wood ground into with grooves from the lock on the outside of the door, etc. Asked for more than a 15% discount and was only given 20% bringing it down to $112 for the night. Should be down to at least $100 like I asked for. A litle hesitant to return even though it's one of the only reasonably priced, clean, safe hotels in Sacramento.
