Our stay at hotel le lac sarovar portico is very nice room is very comfortable and clean food at restro is very nice and tasty and staff is very amazing and nice reception staff gunjan and akriti is nice manager abhishek and deepanshu is very nice they upgraded us overall it is a nice stay

The staff at this hotel is really friendly, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The location is good, close to markets, the mall and the lake. The food was also delicious. The WiFi is spotty in places, there is no pool and the gym is small which is the reason I wouldn’t rate it 5 stars.

The room was very good and clean the food was amazing it had a very good taste. The staff is amazing and very courteous. The room service was good and decent. We stayed for longer periods of time . Bell boy bablu was very help ful with the concern of our bags

The staff went above and beyond, providing outstanding service with a genuine smile. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and well-maintained. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. I had a wonderful experience staying here! The hospitality was exceptional, and the housekeeping services, especially by Sunita, were impeccable. Service is very good here and staff are really supportive here especially Sima Tirkey who is in housekeeping , she was really helpful during our stay, looking forward to come here again. They have good buffet collection as well and very friendly staff.
