This place is absolutely disgusting! I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here. It’s by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The stench is unbearable. And to make it worse, the staff was downright rude - the guy actually told me to come collect my own towel and soap! Even public toilets at a bus stand or railway station are cleaner and more presentable than this dump. Avoid this place at all costs unless you're curious to witness the filthiest, most revolting hotel in the entire city.

Room conditions are poor. Sockets are open. Toilet water was leaking. Very poor food quality and very poor eating arrangements. Electric switches are not working properly. Poor arrangement for luggage keeping. Will never stay again.

The stay is excellent, quality food, rooms and bathrooms are very clean. I am staying for the second time. Excellent service from each one of them. THEY helped us even in packing our breakfast as we didn’t have time to have. Very thoughtful of him. ROHIT was also very helpful. Excellent service from everyone from this hotel including the person who cleans the room excellent service. I recommend everyone especially female solo travelers can stay in this hotel without any hesitation. It is very safe and comfortable.

I stayed here for 02 nights, right from the check in, reception staff was very courteous. They gave me room beyond my expectations with very nice view. I liked the hotel and its environment. Room was nicely tidy. Housekeeping was also very prompt. Met Mr. Rohit, who arranged a cab for me at instant when my per-booked cab did not turn up for my airport drop. Very much thankful to him. Will keep coming to this hotel. 👌

Everything was incredibile especially the services of Aktar and Rohit. The cleaning service was very good we had all we need. We rally enjoyed our staying, the rooms have all the services needed for an amazing experience here in Ranchi . Amazing experience
