The location is in at easy accessible, food and services are good. Amenities like furniture, bed, table baths are very good.

The location of the property is accessible easily at it is near to railway station. The food and services are good, but the economy rooms lights and even beds are not up to the expectation and it was quite uncomfortable.

Our stay in maple wood is simply thrilling. The hotel, its location, rooms, exquisite furniture in rooms and their arrangement was superb. Food was of high quality, and moderately priced. From manager to gatekeeper, everybody was extremely courteous and helpful. Room service needs special praise. This must be one of the 3 best hotels in ranchi. Whenever i come here again, i'll prefer this hotel only. I can't the way to deduct 1 or 2 marks from full marks of 100.

Centrally located. Food was good. Rooms are clean & well appointed. But the hotel charged me 1500- for early check-in. Mmt must take this up. We are will to pay extra for
early checkin. But not 40% of the room rent. Thats looting customers.

The property reception staff is very unprofessional and arrogant. If you regularly stay in there hotel then also they wont allow you to late check out. They do not i repeat do-not provide any facility to there regular guest also.

Pleasant and calm place to stay @ ranchi is maple wood. Just opposite to yss ashram. 10 mins walk to ranchi railway station. Ambience good. Staffs are polite and eversmiling.
