Staff was very sincere and obedient ambience is also very good and decent. Service is also fine but food is not good at restaurant food is not value for money. Also room is also not value for money

Notre pire expérience au Rajasthan ! Hôtel vieillissant, délabré, très mal entretenu, qui n'a rien du standing attendu d'un "resort". Les photos fournies par l'établissement sont datées et nullement représentatives de la réalité ! Les trois chambres visitées étaient pitoyables et sales, malgré notre demande de nettoyage, et les salles de bain crasseuses et entartrées. Linge de lit et de bain en mauvais état, tachés, pourtant changés plusieurs fois. Nous avons même eu une serviette couverte d'excréments séchés (rats ?)... Répugnant ! La connexion wi-fi ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons préféré dormir dans nos sacs de soie et utiliser nos serviettes de voyage. Au vu de la saleté, nous n'avons pas tenté l'expérience de dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel ! Le personnel semblait complètement dépassé, alors que nous étions les seuls clients, ce qui nous a valu des situations lunaires.... Nous conseillons à cet hôtel d'entamer une réhabilitation sérieuse et un nettoyage en profondeur de toutes les chambres.

When we checked in there were lizard and honeybees were roaming our room was super deluxe with bathtub but because there were lizard in that room they shifted us to other room without bath tub, no reduction in tariff and in that room also honeybees were roaming no maintance of resort. Electric kettle was there in room for making tea but no milk powder when i ask for milk powder the staff replied to me we will not provide u milk powder. I request all indians do not go to this resort u will suffer definitely.

Thanks for your cooperation. Yes, definitely the hotel ranakpur hill resort was very good but we had a confusion from their papers that the hotel provides non. Veg which they told is not correct.

They behaviour was very rood for every that say we don’t have and no bills given for food charged by them. Waste of my time worst experience.
