Great place, great people
This hotel was near a facility I needed to be by. I booked it 8 am the day I wanted to check in, and called them to ask how early I could check in, and that I was tired. The manager/attendant told me to come right away, they will do everything they can to get me a room ready. "in the mean time, have some breakfast". NOT included for this day. They were super nice, super hard working people, and my room was very clean and convenient. No complaints at all. Great place to crash.

Convenient and amazing breakfast
Conveniently close to the air force base. Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint is the beds are very firm and squeak when you roll over.

Great value, comfortable stay
Basic room, not fancy but was clean and spacious enough for parents and 3 little kids. Shower and tub were clean, worked great for kids. Slept w windows open bc it was a warm night and didn't have any issues with bugs.

Great hotel to stay in!!
This was a good one day stay. We were able to check in a few hours earlier than check-in time, that was a blessing! Friendly front desk staff. Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious, clean. Room had a fridge, microwave was in the hallway. Close to Ramstein Air Base. There is a car rental place right next door. Only things that weren't great (no fault of the hotel) the traffic was loud cause it was right out our window and the room was hot, no AC. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Negativ:
- Auf den Bilder und in der Hotelbezeichnung (Hotel-Restaurant) sah es nach einem Restaurant aus. Dies gibt es aber nicht.
- Die Sauberkeit (z.B. unter den Betten) lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Staub ohne Ende und Essensreste von früheren Gästen
- Die Zimmer haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.
- Das Hotel liegt in der Anflugschneise des Militärflugplatzes Ramstein. Lärm ist sichergestellt, auch aufgrund der schlechten Isolation (Fenster)

Great Place - Second time staying!
Second time staying! Large room! Close to Ramstein AFB.
The lower marking for cleanliness has nothing to do with our room! Room spotless. We couldn't see anything but there had to be some kind of construction going on because the stairs and check-in desk covered in dust.
Parking is Free and Perfect! Thank You! (I think having to pay for parking is ridiculous)
Tiny disappoint in breakfast. Never saw a person and we had to sit at a large table because all the smaller tables and some large were dirty.

Very nice
The check-in was fast and simple. The double room was nice and clean - bigger bathroom than expected for a hotel. The fridge in the room and microwave in the hall came in handy.
