Reasonably priced in the middle of WestwoodCrosz so lots of things to do and a wm24 hour Tesco nearby

Our large room was spotlessly clean, kingsize bed was really comfortable, everything was great. Really appreciated there was a fan left for us in the room as it was a hot day. This hotel has recently been upgraded and it was spotless throughout. Special thanks to Maria, who was so kind and helpful when we checked in, Ben the lovely friendly manager, and Meg who cleaned our room to perfection before we arrived. Great stay and such a reasonable price too. We will be back!

What a fantastic experience the hotel has no bar cafe but there is so much to do outside restaurants cinema shops honestly the Westwood shopping centre brilliant little get away staff are amazing kind and very knowledgeable room was very spacious & clean bed was quite comfortable

Used this Travelodge before, booked 2 nts before moving onto another Hotel. Paid extra for 12.pm book in. I always check cleanlines of room on arrival, horrified to find one of the toilet rolls, smeared with what appeared to be excrement/dried blood. spoke to one of the cleaners in the corridor, who apoligised, changed toilet roll. 2nd day left Room Top Up card on room door handle, before out for the day, returned later to find no top up had taken place, ie, coffee tea refill, bin emptied, new fresh towels. Down to Recp for towels, top up, etc, I mean both of the above comments are basic housekeeping skills. On the plus side of our stay, free parking, excellent Toby Carvery, minutes away, that does a great reasonably priced breakfast.
