I used it because it was cheaper than a hotel in downtown New York. I rented a car and went to the outlet and a nearby shopping center, then went to JFK Airport. When checking in, be sure to request the first floor. There is no elevator.

I can only say that it is average. Then I walked into the wrong door and was locked out of the emergency door. The front desk just happened to come over. I asked him to open it, but he didn't. It was winter, I didn't wear anything, and I caught a cold after walking for a long time. Wow, the service is really bad.

Customer service was awful, I had to wait until clerk smoked his whole cigarette then came running in & then rushing to check me in. Guess so he could go out & have another one Put me on second floor,no elevator, said I don't want second floor was told nothing available right now. Basically take it or leave it. I frequent stay there & a Best Western member Emailed the manager received no response Only nice thing there is the lady who runs the little breakfast room

Online pictures were very deceiving. The hotel lobby and room were not as clean or as big as pictured. We had a clog and leaking bathroom sink. Breakfast was mediocre.
