Las instalaciones del hotel y restaurant estan viejas y les falta mantenimiento. Es dificil conseguir agua caliente porque los boilers son de paso y no están bien regulados. Agua helada o ardiendo, no hay otra opción. mejor llegar comido y si puedes llevar tu cena y desayuno, el restaurante está muy sucio y se nota falta de higiene. El area de las termales está bien a secas, no hay iluminación para estar ahí en la noche, por lo que hay que salirse apenas comienza a oscurecer. El clima en la habitación solo tiene la opción de apagado o prendido, no puedes regular la temperatura, así que llevate pijama de invierno si quieres dormir con el clima prendido. en general el lugar está bien para ir a las termales y ya. Hay paquietes de solo entrada a los balnearios. No vala la pens quedarse a "descansar" en el hotel.

Si es tu primera vez llevar hielera y bebidas a su elección no hay nada cercas, dentro de las termas todos entran con bebidas la gran parte alcohólicas no está tan limpio un poco descuidado hay que tener en cuenta que ya tiene sus años y no llevar joyas, es un lugar para relax y la verdad sales de ahí con cero estrés

Es un lugar increíble en el camino a Monclova, desde Monterrey, en medio de la nada, pero al llegar está el hotel con instalaciones de primera calidad, primero fuimos al balneario público, y allí es una alberca termal muy grande, la instalación como tal es de mucha confianza porque dejas tus cosas en las bancas y ya hay que ponerse a disfrutar de las termas, si son muy calientes por lo qué hay que seguir la recomendación de hacer espacios de 10 minutos y salir a hectares un regaderazo para volver a meterse, yo lo hice 5 veces y quedé súper cansado. Lo bueno es que nos quedamos a comer en el restaurante del hotel, comida muy sana y muy rica, tenían un consomé de pollo que es el mejor que he comido en toda mi vida, el sabor y el sazón excelentes. La carne riquísima y los frijoles riquísimos La atención como uno se merece, muchas pero muchas gracias

El hotel en si ya esta algo viejo y descuidado de entrada parece que no vale lo que cuesta, pero el punto importante aquí son las aguas termales y las veladas astronómicas. La zona de las aguas termales esta en buenas condiciones y tiene todo lo necesario para poder pasar un buen rato en ellas. Por otro lado las veladas astronómicas son muy interesantes, la explicación es muy amena y tienen un área especial oscura para que sea mas fácil verlas, aun así tienen muchos telescopios para verlas a detalle. El hotel esta en una zona medio remota, pero creo que vale la pena para desconectarse un poco de la ciudad o para alguna ocasión especial.
