They gave us a room with air conditioning not working. The mirror had rust all over. They tried giving us an alternate room but even that room had issues. There was no light in the corridor. They agreed to cancel the reservation for both days due to these issues but on following up they only refunded for one day. The room was so hot and unbearable. So we had to checkout and find an alternative hotel nearby with better amenities and lower price late night at 9pm on 18th. We made numerous calls to makemytrip and justa sarang for refund on 18th and 19th october for full refund.

Location: at the start of the city facing the main road. Since having no high rise or any other buildings nearby all four n s e w directions visible from hotel. Parking arrangements: sufficient space available for parking. Having an indian oil petrol pump near. Rooms : all neat tidy hygienically maintained rooms with clean bathroom
restaurant: good quality of food south indian & north indian but strictly vegetarian. Staff : professional and can talk three languages tamil/hindi broken/english okay. One h. R. Guy can talk nicely in english. Having a help desk for guests. 24 hours staff is available

Stinking room, stinking bathroom. No hygiene. Poor amenities. Horrible staying experience. Food quality is not so good.

Booked extra bed, not provided bathroom doors are sliding type and it gets struck they have provided one bottle of water for 3 persons, when asked for water they want us to pay and buy food spread is limited and no staffs to service buffet breakfast starts at 7 am but some of the items are over by 7. 30 itself. When asked for refill, they said that they don't have the stock.

Room description double bed, but actually it is twin beds. Acs old. And took long time to get the effect had to finally adjust the circulation using ceiling fan. Door didn’t have a lock to lock from inside

Booked months in advance, when arrived reception did not allocate the designated room when they had availability in higher floor, after escalating the issue and waiting for 40 minutes they assigned the room. Hot water not constant, need to keep calling the desk, very limited food options, need improvement in operators behaviour while addressing the concerns
