Nothing good here. Rooms are bad, bathrooms are awful, there is no wardrobe, not even a glass in the room to take medicine. Terrible location-no space at all inside or outside the hotel. It was like a nightmare which is still haunting us. It's saying a 3 star hotel but honestly it's zero star hotel.

There was no towels no toiletries, also a bad smell every where in hotel, but no body was attended the problem. Many other problem was there's.

We went to this hotel as part of makemytrip holiday package. It was horrible hotel with no proper amenities. Management is the worst part they don't even know how to deal with customers. They cheated us by demanding extra money while checkout for the things that we didn't spoil. You will not even get a water bottle for free after paying so much for this hotel. Rooms are very small and the bathrooms doesn't smell good. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Save your money. Dont go to this hotel.

Location of hotel is nice, is just walking distance from t ample and beach market area. Restaurant are also near by the hotel. Window view of hotel is very beautiful.

The hotel rooms are okay but the staff are exceptionally good. One of the staff allowed me use his personal 2-wheeler couple of times. They also allowed me to come back and occupy one of their rooms for 2 hours when i needed it on emergency as my 1 yr old daughter fell ill. They didn't even charge for it. Great service.

Location is near Agni Teetham but the rooms are untidy bedsheets were torned. there were bugs in the room. Informed reception about bugs and torned bedsheet they told to change it but never did. for the same price there are other better options in and around the place.

Pros : hotel is near to east gate. Geyser well operational. Cons: furniture including bathroom accessories, appear to be old, rough and rusting. Washroom neither good nor bad, in my room bathroom mirror is broken and dirt all over the mirror. . During the rain time, lifts were not operational, i experienced same. For lunch and dinner need to rely on zomato auro local restaurant (good one are far away from hotel. For a stay of one night then this hotel can be considerable if charging comparatively less.
