Quality BW: the rooms, common areas such as swimming pool, dining room are impeccable. Very good mention for all the staff, always smiling, pleasant and attentive. The only downside is the site: although far from Rambouillet, road traffic and its noise pollution are permanent except in the perfectly soundproofed rooms.

We stayed for two nights The staff were very friendly and helpful, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and included much more than just a coffee and croissant — a great way to start the day. The location is also very good, with a shopping center and an excellent supermarket nearby, the location is very convenient for exploring the area. However, we did have some issues with the room. There was a strong, mouldy smell that lingered, especially in the pillows. The shower had very low water pressure and splashed water all over the bathroom. On our second day, there was no hot water — my husband informed the front desk, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved, and I ended up taking a cold shower. We hope these problems would be addressed for future guests.

Un Check in très insatisfaisant. La chambre manquait terriblement de nettoyage. Pas aspiré, poussière pas faite, taches fraîches sur le mure et sur le lavabo de la salle de bain des cheveux trouvé sur la salle de bain. Table sur la terrasse et la chaise sale et pleine de terre avec une vue sur un chantier à l’arrêt. Chambre mal insonorisé, on attendait tout de la chambre au dessus ainsi que dans le couloir à l’extérieur. Réveillé plus odieuse fois pendant la nuit. Nous avons oublié la gamelle de notre chien. En les appelant la réponse a été « je n’en sais rien » Bref. En revanche lors hall d’entrée est très beau.

Expérience du spa très bonne, eau bien chaude, locaux propres. Chambre petite, dans la salle de bain wc contre la porte (prévu pour petit gabarit sinon on ferme pas). Rideaux occultants pas large et ne permettant pas d'occulter la lumière extérieure allumée toute la nuit. Repas au restaurant de l'hôtel correct. Très bon petit déjeuner, frais et varié. Personnel agréable
