We were robbed while we were at dinner. Your stay in this place is absolutely not safe. While we were gone, someone got into our room, attention: using a key, there were no signs of a break-in, when we returned we found overturned suitcases, expensive bags, jewelry, watches, shoes, belts, glasses were stolen. We went to the security guard who had just woken up from our knocks on the door and for an hour we asked him to call the police, but he did not do this and behaved very strangely and stupidly. The next day the manager said that the cameras did not show that anyone entered our room, so we think that the hotel is involved, this is the first time I have encountered this, we still had 2 days left to stay in this place and I was scared to be there, I did not feel safe

This is the worst accomodation we have had. The room smelled of mold and mildew and the woman who greeted us was extremely rude

Pavillion Pampelonne is even more beautiful than the photos . The hosts / managers are welcoming and helpful. We were given wonderful dinner recommendations and a surprise bottle of Rosé by the pool for my birthday. The accommodations are absolutely gorgeous. I wish I could spend my whole summer here … so relaxing , clean and great location. I am so happy to have spent my 40th birthday here - it was a memorable time I’ll never forget . Thank you Pavillion Pampelonne!

A pousada é muito bonita mas questiono o custo benefício. Meu marido e eu fomos com meu filho e minha nora e alugamos uma suíte com 2 quartos .A suíte não oferecia nenhuma privacidade e só tinha um banheiro que fica dentro de um dos quartos . O quarto não tem porta e apenas uma cortina. O problema é que esta informação não foi fornecida previamente e acredito que quem for para esta pousada deve checar antecipadamente o que irá encontrar.

It's not a hotel. It's a B&B, a guesthouse. The pool is unusable. The room is a tiny dungeon with bars on the windows. The bathroom is disgusting, worse than a ferry: no ventilation, shower with a plastic curtain. Dirty towels, old furniture, and a musty smell in the room. A PAID breakfast is VERY EXPENSIVE because it's MODERN. For €350 a night: ROBBERY!!! Absolutely avoid it. Marta

Service was indifferent. The room was basically below ground without ventilation where the toilet was . we had to ask to get towels the second day and to top it all off they had bedbugs really bad. Im still swollen hands and feet three days later .A pity because the place is a nice Provençal house .

Please note this is not a 5 for a luxury hotel but a 5 for what it is. It is a small motel but a nice sized B and B Our room was cute and the bathroom shower had warm strong water flow. One window did not have dark curtains so light was present in the room at night The pool was large and refreshing. The grounds and views were beautiful. You can even see the Mediterranean from the pool area The house keepers and kitchen staff were terrific. Management took care of our needs. There is no shuttle so you need your own transportation or Uber. It is best not to have too large of a car. Ours was hard to park. Breakfast was 26 euros but you could have anything you want We met really nice guests by the pool that made it more special.

Just returned from a weekend stay at this property and I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Mario and ALL the hosts at the property were so welcoming and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. the pool area is relaxing and the pool is heated. Our room was so pretty and comfortable with a good amount of towels. Breakfast out in the little courtyard was divine. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this property. I cannot wait to return!
