We visited ramanathapuram on a 2 day trip and booked a family room for the 4 of us at rifaya through makemytrip the rooms, ambience and amenities were sheer luxury. We were highly impressed by the services and hospitality of the hotel staff. Mr. Mohammed was very kind right from managing our un-timely checkin at 1. 30am in the night to giving the right suggestions on places to add to our itinerary. The hotel is located in the prime area close to new bus stand and the railway station. He also arranged for travel vehicles and made it extremely comfortable to travel for both the days. I’m sure we will always choose rifaya for our yearly visits to ramnad. Had a great family time here! i would highly recommend this place if you are planning to stay at ramanathapuram.

I booked a room with 4 bed but they provided only 3 beds rooms and provided extra beda. They had 4 beded rooms but they have not provided it. No hot water in the hotel. Dificult to find the lodge.

there is no food/restaurant, you have to order in zomato etc. There is no fridge.

The rooms is neat and clean, but the AC is not in good working. The TV also not working condition. The fan also running slowly not worth for money.
