Hyggeligt slotshotel
Maden er ikke noget der imponerede os, men til gengæld var morgenmaden fantastisk og deres kaffe vidunderlig.
Affaldssortering så vi ikke meget til-desvære.
Vi havde 3 overnatninger uden rengøring, trist.

En oas.
Allt var toppen förutom då vi anlände och ingen tog emot oss och receptionen stod tom med skylten vi kommer snart. Vi fick heller inte reda på WiFi koden och när jag sökte kontakt så fanns det ingen som svarade då jag försökte ringa till receptionen. Borde vara bemannat i alla fall dagtid. Ett annat problem var att nästan inge pratade engelska. I övrigt var detta hotell en oas med fantastiska omgivningar, storartad frukost och kemiskt rent överallt.

Bei einem 5-tägigen Aufenthalt wurde 1x gereinigt.
Der Service in der Gastronomie, insbesondere beim Frühstück ist freundlich, engagiert und kompetent.
Die Lage ist traumhaft.
Der Pool ist schön groß, Sauna und Dampfbad reichen aus.

Erholsame Tage in tollem Ambiente
Toller Herbsturlaub in sehr schönem Ambiente - Service und Frühstücksbuffet waren hervorragend - freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.
Einzig der Zustand des Badezimmers ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war auch bei unserer Ankunft dort nicht alles sauber....
Das war aber auch der einzige Wermutstropfen

Ein familienfreundliches Schloßhotel
Das Hotel empfängt einen mit seinem Charme und unglaublichem Charakter. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Zimmer selbst spiegelt sich das nicht wieder und wir würden es eher einem mittleren Standart zuordnen. Für die Kategorie 4Sterne+ fehlten die kleinen Extras wie Tee oder Cafe auf dem Zimmer. Der TV war klein und zu weit weg. Ansonsten alles ok und sauber. Die zwei kleinen Saunen waren äußerst gut besucht und der Pool lud nach dem Saunagang zum abkühlen ein. Das Essen des Hauses ist wirklich toll und ein frisch zubereitetes und wirklich ausreichendes Frühstücksangebot ebnet den Start in den Tag, auf diesem wunderschönen Fleckchen Erde. Rügen ist wirklich zu jeder Jahreszeit zu bereisen und bietet eine Menge. Zurück im Schloßhotel, kann man ein tolles 3 Gänge Menü genießen und zum Ausklang des Tages saunieren.
