Had a great stay at the hotel for my family reunion. We loved the rooms and the beautiful rooftop. Also, Nigel the valet was a GREAT help on our way out moving all the bags in 100 degree heat. Our older family members wouldn’t have been able to handle the bags and the heat.

Just walked in to enjoy the Bar with my partner...never been at that bar yet... Out of nowhere..a very rude employee wearing a glasses was pointing at us..without a single word to at least help us where to go ... Just shows he needs more training to be qualified to work in such reputable Hotel Chain... Immediately left the bar..with very bad impression
