Stayed one night. Room was dark and depressing even with all lights on. Bed was not comfortable. Shower with half glass … not sure who ever thought that was a good idea. Hair all over bathroom. Refrigerator didn’t work. Odd parking on side and back of building.

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. I have no complaints. The front desk staff was unfriendly and overwhelmed by more than one person in line. One of the rudest restaurant staff persons I have encountered (I'm sorry I bothered you by ordering something, wow). There was no housekeeping service on a two night stay, which I can definitely deal with if I know in advance (I didn't). For the price, I will find somewhere else to stay on upcoming trips to Raleigh.

Stay away if you like your stuff in your vehicle. We stayed here over the weekend and received a call around 7AM that our vehicle was broken into as well as multiple other vehicles. Come to find out 6 vehicles that we were aware of all had the passenger window broken out and insides torn through. So then when officer came he proceeded to tell me that this has been a common occurrence in this ***** of hotels in the area. This is ridiculous let us know what’s going on in area or have some security for your busy nights as the hotel was completely full now we spend hundreds of dollars for a room then lose over 1000.00 worth of property out of your car and on top have to fix damages done by some punks that have nothing better to do then steal from people.

Great hotel. Second time I have stayed here this year. Very convenient. Staff is incredibly friendly. Rooms are clean and modern. Reasonable price. Bed was super comfortable. Literally no complaints or issues. Easy access to restaurants or Duke University and downtown Durham were short Uber rides. They have a shuttle, but I didn’t use it.

The rooms were pretty good, and close to the lift, easy to get to the lobby and meeting facilities and facilities, breakfast service took place at the connected hotel, opposite of the main lobby entrance, which was absolutely fine, there's better and there's worse, but everyone has been friendly and supportive, gym was also fine, didn't have the chance to make use of the swimming pool, simply not enough time. There has been a lovely garden around the hotel, good to do calls, lovely.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and centrally based for my requirements. The room was spacious and had separate seating area and good sized desk to work. The fire pit was a god send after a day at work. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was breakfast was a little bit and miss and the coffee bar was not open in the day but as I was working this did not overly impact me

This was a great hotel that was only made easier by the fantastic staff. I had to reach out several times earlier in the day on updates about my arrival and every phone call I made, the person on the other end was friendly and helpful. When we finally checked in at 10 PM, Glenn was so upbeat and warm after a long day. There was a lot going on in the lobby, but he kept the pace up and instantly made us feel relaxed. The room was clean, quiet, and simple. Parking was easy, and getting in and out a breeze. I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through, and I recommend Courtyard recognizes what a fantastic job their staff is doing.

What a delight to stay here! Just overnight but immaculate property, all new and rooms and bathrooms updated! Great gym, fire pit, bistro and business area. Can't say enough good things about this property. All the front desk workers were super friendly and helpful and with free parking and senior rate, great value for our accomodations. If you are staying in the area, highly recommend!
