I can’t remember all the terrible things about this place, but there were many for one. There was no ice machine. I have nerve damage and need ice so the fact that there was no icemaker was a real negative. The bathroom paint on the walls was peeling. that’s not good either Though it was not a terrible problem. I did see a bug or two it wasn’t infested but you don’t wanna see any bugs so I personally would not stay here. The only reason we did was that it was near the Immigration center where my wife had to go for her testbut it was a great time because she passed, but I would not stay here unless I had to.

Worst service ever I reserved and booked a room for my son that was dropped off at the bus station on the other side of Raleigh and had to walk 10 miles to this hotel while I was reserving the room online I made sure to ask if there would be any type of security deposit once my son got there to check in. I was reassured over and over that no because I was booking the room online and filling out an authorization form that he would not have to pay anything. But once my son got there he was greeted by a very rude front desk employee who was very nasty when telling him he had to pay $200 cash deposit that would be returned to him once he checked out my son called me I told him no I already asked about that he did not have to pay that because I was reserving the room online, the lady at checkout proceeded to have an attitude and tell my son that she didn't care that I didn't speak to anyone at that hotel and that he had to have the $200 before he could check in. My son called me back I tried calling the front desk but again was directed to someone else I informed her of everything that went on she put me on hold called the front desk to tell them that I had filled out an authorization form online and that he shouldn't have to pay. The front desk told her that because it was I'm assuming after hours they had no way to print off the authorization form which none of this whatsoever was told to me while booking the room. My son called me I told him to go to the front desk and ask them could I email the authorization form she once again got rude with my son. My son went outside and because he is walking and is homeless he had to find somewhere to plug his phone up so he plugged it up on the outside of their building of the extended stay, while he was talking to me and we were trying to figure out somewhere to get him out of the cold the lady walked outside my son again just said excuse me ma'am the lady that my mom talked to said that you guys at the front desk should have asked if I had an authorization form she then told my son to leave the property or she would call the police. Now all of this is after I've already paid for the room, my son has walked 10 miles, and left there walked away turned around came back explain to them and was still told to leave the property. So people please watch and be careful how you reserve rooms online it is a ripoff it is a scam they are quick to take your money but not follow any type of guidelines or rules and when I asked to cancel the reservation I was told I would have to wait until the next day to do it and then there's going to be fees for me canceling because no one was there to cancel it at that time but they were there to make the reservation don't waste your money staying at this sorry Hotel it is not worth it
