Hotel could do better housekeeping but I do appreciate the fact that they do serve breakfast it's a small breakfast but other hotels due to covid are not serving breakfast so I do appreciate their small breakfast

Cigarette burns on the blankets. Bathroom was dirty and shower rod was broken. I was scared to sit on the toilet.

I travel frequently and this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Mr. Vic Patel at the front desk cancelled our reservation for no reason and was incredibly rude, unreasonable, and refused to let me speak to a manager. I hesitate to give Wyndham any future business.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The manager came to my rescue, and ran off a person who was not a guest, but was trying to make me get him a job with my company. They also allowed me to store my travel chest after check out, while at my last day of the convention. Since I had temperature sensitive items in the chest. But the hotel was not good. First thing, we paid extra for early check in. Only to get a room with a huge hole in the wall next to the door. The manager was aware of it, but nothing was done. So we paid extra for a defective room. The bathroom was kinda gross. Built up grime and mold on the walls and floors. The Roaches we saw running around, was an issue.

We stayed her for Galaxy Con.....it was an amazing hotel and the staff was amazing the rooms were really clean.

Do not stay at this hotel! It is very unsanitary and the hotel staff is very rude. This hotel should not be operating in it’s current conditions. Holly, at the front desk was specifically rude to a different nature. Front Desk staff will also lie to booking or Priceline advocates when trying to obtain refunds.

Inside and outside this place is a dump. The parking lot has a mob hanging around and made you feel uneasy. It smelled of urine as well. Inside was worse. Cockroaches all over the vinyl floor and the chair was stained with body fluids and grime as well as torn and threadbare. I have seen much nicer chairs thrown away. When I complained to manager he was offended. I cancelled my second night. Find a better place
