Excellent staff, the manager, the receptionist, the cleaning ladies, I feel at home when I arrive there. And above all, the security of the hotel, I really love it.

We were in town for our daughter’s soccer showcase. This hotel was conveniently located and the room was very clean and tidy. Only downside is the room was a little small.
Breakfast was the usual continental offerings and cleanliness is a high priority with individually wrapped apples, utensils and cups.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The pool had dead leaves in it and was never cleaned during our 5-day stay, so we didn't use it. There is a courtyard next door, but it is cheaper, so we recommend it.

OUR TRIP EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. 'tHERE ARE ONLY 2 COMPLAINTS:
1. Because my husband is an amputee, we asked for a handicap equipped room. However, the toilet was not handicap status and was very difficult for him to use.
2. When we were preparing to leave, we were unable to procur a luggage cart and had to haul all our luggage to the car.
Otherwise, we were very pleased and will be making reservations for the Christmas holidays.

They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room.
