The room was very clean and modern looking check in was easy less than 2 minutes I had my keys and was walking over to my room they had coffee that I could access at 8:00 at night so love this location and would reserve a room in the future again

Guest services has staff with poor attitudes. Had an attitude when i was asking for items missing in my room. This employee had a really bad attitude with all encounters i had with them. One employee, Lulu was on her name tag, was bragging about sleeping with the assistant manager and getting special treatment. I guess since she thinks she can treat guest however she wants with that advantage. If this is how your business is ran, I will reach out to human resources for this company. No one needs to work in an established company while banging their manager, not fair to the customer experience nor your fellow employees.

The common areas, hallways, elevator, glass, etc. was dirty. The entire hotel needs updates. Parking was easy. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room had smelled strong of ammonia. The room seemed clean.

Great hotel
Late check-in was great! We had no trouble finding our way with helpful directions by the staff. Breakfast was easy to find/fix and made it easy for us to leave on time!

Staff were rude!!!
I have frequently stayed at this hotel when in town feeling in for different jobs and usually don’t have an issue with hotel. This recent stay was different due to the change in staff. The new manager was not as friendly and accommodating as I am use to, and there was a lack of communication with house keeping as well because I had one walk in on me twice during my stay. I am typically loyal when it comes to my hotel choices but won’t come back to this one in particular.
