I have traveled the world and can honestly say you have the best bellsmen working the door out of any place I have ever been. Tyler, Nathan and Erik singly handily made my trip a breeze. I arrived right at peak check in time. Cars were lined up waiting to park and check in. They quickly made their way to me, confirmed I wanted valet parking, took the keys and my luggage. Got my car out of the chaos and parked quickly. These three individuals were very professional and had a great personality. They are the first people you meet and the last people you see when staying. And you have the right people for the job. They even let me borrow a phone charger. Give those boys a raise.

Josh, the Valet, was exceptional! His customer service was by far the best we ever had. Comicon, a concert and people in costume's everywhere. Josh helped us with our luggage up to the 17th floor. He was so pleasant and courteous and went beyond expectations.

The Valet attendants Josh and Matt were extremely helpful during our stay. The Galaxycon event brought in an increase number of attendees and both Josh and Matt were unphased executing their duties. With minimal parking for Marriot guest due to other Galaxycon attendees filling up the guest parking lot they worked digently to accommodate my family in a timely manner. ThankYou.

Josh is the bestest! He helped me immensely and I really appreciate him so much! I've always enjoyed coming to the Marriott. They took good care of my car. They worked with all of us, as vendors. I'm vending here all weekend and I've been extremely happy during my stay. Give Josh a raise! He works really hard. :)

The VALET team at the hotel is one of the highlights, truly! When we arrived they greeted us with smiles, they were happy to help us with our luggage, give restaurant recommendations and help us in anyway. Tyler in particular is kind and always willing to help. Eric and Housekeeping is also a breath of fresh air. Alex was ready to help us with creative options upon check in and Sulma has been a life saver throughout our stay assisting with daily needs. The beds are super comfy! Some members of the front desk were not as enthusiastic to help us and problem solve. The energy is very low and not upbeat except for one young lady that helped us at check in. Being close to the convention center is key but so far I would say that some of the staff needs a positive infusion. We hope things get better.

Eric, Tyler, Terrell, and Jordan are the best valets a person could ask for! They took the effort of giving me free valet parking just to make sure my sons and I enjoy our stay here! The concierge at the lobby was also very kind and friendly. I’ve been to several hotels in my time, and this has been the absolute best!
