BUDBUGS in Room 812. I stayed at this location on Friday, September 9th and Saturday morning, I woke up to bedbugs in my bed and on the pillow. Over the following days, I have found bites on both my arms, hands, neck, chest, and a place that shouldn't be photographed. Make them prove that they have gotten rid of the bedbugs in the entire building & complex. The worst part is that the manager, Aaron Black was horrible. I tried to be discreet and show him a picture of one of the bugs. His response was "I don't know what that is". I responded by telling him that it was a bedbug. His respond was not "Let me check into it Or I'm sorry you're having a problem, let me see what I can do. " No, his response was "Bedbugs don't just manifest. They are brought from somewhere. " The he proceeds to tell me that he's been in the hotel industry so he knows. I will upload my pictures to any site that will allow. This was a horrible experience and Aaron Black made it even worse. I am the one with bites all over and he was being rude to me. No courtesy. No concern. No empathy and no urgency to take care of the bedbugs or even verify that the room had bedbugs.
