Great Space! Lots of great things to see and do here, and close to NCSU campus. Space is quiet, had all we needed, and has great views. Rooftop pool is enjoyable space. Some communication opportunities with host, but lobby staff filled in the gaps.

Nice place. Nice apartment well appointed. Gym on thr 23rd floor was excellent.

Great location! The property was conveniently located to everything. We loved the rooftop pool and found some great restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Jailyn was kind, professional, and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Six-night stay for work conference. Overall, our stay was pleasant. We had a little trouble checking in. The polite and patient staff at SkyHouse were new, and it took them a little time to find the apartment key and the code for the parking garage. We couldn't get the parking garage QR code to work, but thankfully the host was easy to contact and quick to respond, was on site, and was able to help us with a second option to get us in the parking garage. We'd been driving for more than 8 hours; we were tired and hungry, so this was a little inconvenient. Thankfully, Uber was dependable, and we were able to have a great dinner delivered to us. We were in the city to attend a conference at the Convention Center, and navigating was a breeze thanks to the readily available and convenient Uber service. I found the 23rd-floor coffee bar to be a delightful perk; at times it wasn't working, but the staff was able to get it up and running again quickly. I particularly enjoyed the view from the 22nd floor. We were surprised that the furniture was a little smaller than we expected, but it wasn't a problem. The property was clean, comfortable, and safe. Despite the initial check-in hiccup, the overall experience was good, with the amenities and location making up for the initial inconvenience.
