Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown

The room was wonderful. The staff was great. Our valet service was incredible! I really want to thank Mya, Erin and Donavon

The 2 queen room was not very roomy. The desk chair was placed such that it was impossible to get around it, as it was almost touching a bed, without moving it--but it was very heavy. The toilet paper holder was all but falling off the wall. The sliding bathroom door required a lot of effort to slide open or close. The shower head was almost 7' above the floor of the shower making it difficult to adjust. The channel guide on the huge TV was inaccurate--the listed channel didn't match the reality. For the most part the staff was friendly, especially Al at the bar. We were able to charge our plug in hybrid for free, but the valet didn't honor our request to charge it overnight on the night before our departure. From what we were told about the upscale Tempo brand, this example was very disappointing. The beds were comfortable--about the only good thing we could say about the room. Fitness facility very well equipped, but there was a serious issue with one of the peloton bikes. If you stay and are a peloton user, you can use your peloton shoes as well as regular shoes.
