I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at the Hyatt House Brier Creek, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The sales team went above and beyond to bring my vision to life, and to make sure the celebration was perfect. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and created the perfect space for my guests. The bartender was fantastic—friendly, professional, and kept the drinks flowing with great energy that my guests loved. Every staff member I encountered showed outstanding customer service, making me and my guests feel comfortable.

What happened? I was here less than a year ago and gave you all 5 stars that has dropped to one. Wasn’t greeted as a Hyatt Globalist let alone a member. Then the room I was promised was not available. The room I was put in smelled like cat pee and mildew had a baby and then the next room was not properly cleaned. Literally exhausted and don’t want to move again because I am leaving at the crack of dawn. Don’t know what happened since last year but wow what a disappointment.

From the moment we arrived at the Hyatt House Raleigh/Brier Creek, Brandon at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived earlier than expected, and Brandon kindly accommodated us with an early check-in, which made things so much easier for me and my family. He greeted us warmly, provided helpful information about the hotel, and made us feel truly welcome. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile set the tone for our entire stay. Brandon is a true asset to the Hyatt House team, and we are so grateful for his outstanding customer service. Perfect place near RDU! The room was huge, super clean, and had a nice luxury feel. Everything looked fresh and well-kept. Location is great and quiet. Big thanks to Didi for all the help — made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, every single employee, right down to the housekeeping staff was friendly and extremely helpful. As someone who's traveled for work over 4 decades, I've seen both ends of the quality spectrum and everything in-between, and this hotel was a gem. The #1 employee I interacted with was Sandra, working the bar with style and grace. You walk in and she asks your name, then in every interaction with her she addresses you by your name. Far and away the best hotel bar experience I've had in a very long time. There's only one way to be as consistent as they were - CULTURE. Congrats to the GM of the property for setting exactly the right tone, and to all the employees for understanding how important the little things are. I will be back with 100% certainty!!

The saving grace of this hotel is the Bartender Sandra, I could not of had a better 3 days! She was amazing and personable.
